Equipment Classes

  • Reformer 101: New Clients Only

    Are you new to Pilates, the Reformer, and our studio? If so, this class is for you! This is for NEW clients only!

    This class is ideal for beginners, those who are returning to pilates after a break, or anyone who wants to refine technique and focus on correct breathing. We recommend taking this class at least 3 times before you try other classes on our schedule. This class is for every body. It is designed to give you a strong foundation of the Pilates Principles - centering, control, concentration, precision, breath and flow. In this class we will slow it down and take you back to basics. We encourage you to develop a sense of mind-body connection through a combination of breath and movement.

    *If you are recovering from an injury or have special movement restrictions, please call the studio before you book this class. You might be better suited to start with private sessions instead of a group class.

  • Reformer: All Levels

    Feel muscles you never knew existed with our Reformer classes. Our small group classes of just six people focus on creating length, strength and tone in your body. Expect a full body workout. Each instructor brings a versatile approach to the class, making the class a unique experience every time. This small group session is suitable for everybody, offering modifications & progressions to challenge you wherever you are on your Pilates journey.

    *If you are recovering from an injury, curently in physical therapy, or have special movement restrictions, please call the studio before you book this class. You might be better suited to start with private sessions instead of a group class.

  • Reformer: Level 2

    Prerequisites:

    Must have taken at least 20 classes at our studio. Must be able to kneel and stand on the reformer. Limited Injuries. Comfortable and familiar with basic reformer exercises.

    Building upon what you have learned in the open level classes, this class takes it up that extra notch. This class is designed to incorporate more complex sequencing along with more challenging techniques to have you stretching yourself physically and mentally. Expect some challenge in technique and/or intensity.

    IMPORTANT: If you are new to our studio, please take an open level class or a 101 class before signing up for this class. Even if you are advanced in other fitness methods, Pilates builds upon the basics and you don't want to skip those.

  • Reformer Fitness

    Prerequisites:

    Must have taken at least 20 classes at our studio. Must be able to kneel and stand on the reformer. No Injuries. Fast paced and high intensity class.

    This class focuses on strength and endurance. This reformer based workout is designed for students that want to explore their boundaries and build on the foundations developed in our other Reformer classes. Created to challenge your strength through different load and spring tensions with the use of various Pilates props, long holds and elements of cardio sprinkled throughout. You will leave feeling invigorated and inspired with endorphins flowing!

    IMPORTANT: If you are new to our studio, please take an open level class or a 101 class before signing up for this class. Even if you are advanced in other fitness methods, Pilates builds upon the basics and you don't want to skip those.

  • Cardio Reformer

    Cardio Reformer is a cardio-based reformer class designed to make you sweat. We use the cardio tramp as the primary prop, along with other Pilates props like the circle, stability ball, and hand weights.

    You can expect timed bursts of cardio to raise your heart rate and strong pilates sequencing in between. Challenge your body, elevate your mood, and leave feeling worked out!

    * Due to the pace of this class, we recommend taking at least 10 reformer open level classes prior to signing up for Cardio Reformer.

    * This class is not suitable if you are 12 + weeks pregnant or brand new to Pilates.

  • Cadillac, Chair, Barrels

    In this unique class, we will work with the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.

    Here, we combine strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a wide range of exercises. Work deep into your core while targeting both upper and lower body. It's a great addition to your weekly Reformer workouts.

    All levels welcome. Limit 3 people.

Studio Fitness Classes

  • Basic TRX

    This is a one hour class filled with all the TRX basics. Good for beginners and all levels of TRX users! TRX training builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while burning calories, and strengthening your core. Whether you are a professional athlete or just want to get back into shape, the TRX suspension system will help you reach your fitness goals.

    Sneakers are required.

  • TRX

    TRX training builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while burning calories, and strengthening your core. Whether you are a professional athlete or just want to get back into shape, the TRX will help you reach your fitness goals.

    This is an open level class.

    Sneakers are required.

  • TRX + Pilates Mat

    Defy gravity and keep your muscles guessing with this TRX-based workout that combines Pilates with suspension training. TRX training utilizes the power of your own body weight to provide a full-body strength and conditioning workout and Mat Pilates will help you tone, elongate, and sculpt your body from head to toe.

    All levels are welcome.

    Clean sneakers are required.

  • Pilates Mat

    Mat classes use the body’s own resistance through a series of exercises that are designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.

    Mat classes may incorporate small equipment such as bands, fitness circles, arc barrels, foam rollers, stability balls, for added benefits.

    Good for all levels.

  • Senior Pilates Mat

    This mat class is designed for the older active client, those with joint or mobility issues, as well as those who would simply like a slower paced and a less pressured session. Take your time, enjoy the movement and do what feels good. This class will take you through a series of exercises designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, balance, and body awareness. Expect to use small equipment such as bands, fitness circles, arc barrels, foam rollers, and stability balls.

  • Core Fusion

    Core Fusion is a pilates mat class with heavy emphasis on our deep core and pelvic floor connection. We will move through pilates exercises that focus on all layers of our abdominals for a deep burn. Bodyweight and small props, such as the ball and fitness circle, will be used to enhance the work and connection of mind to muscle.

  • Barre Fusion

    Barre Fusion combines pilates and ballet barre in a choreographed set of movements to upbeat, popular music. You will get a total body workout as you lift, tone, and sculpt your muscles through isometric holds and isolated movements, while focusing on proper alignment/form, flexibility and posture. It’s fast moving, fun, and sweaty. The perfect class to get in your cardio and overall toning!

    This is an open level class, but it is recommended that you have prior group fitness experience.

  • Pilates Mat Fusion

    This class puts a fun and creative spin on the traditional mat class.This class incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance, to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. There will be a deep focus on the core and moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate your muscles.

  • Pilates Sculpt

    Pilates Sculpt is a fast-paced pilates mat class that will take our traditional mat exercises up a notch by adding choreography, props (weights, bands, ball) and speed to our typical workout. We will work every major muscle group as we sculpt and tone our total body in this more athletic style mat class.

  • Pilates Stretch

    Pilates Stretch class will incorporate deep core work and deep stretching. This is an accessible class that everyone needs. Athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, first time Pilates students, and everyone in between.

    Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries and improved sleep.

    Good for all levels.
