New To Pilates?
I am brand new to fitness classes. Where should I start?
Here are a couple things to consider.
If group fitness is totally new to you, we recommend you start with a Pilates mat class first. This is a great place to learn the basics of pilates and become familiar with listening to verbal cues from the instructor.
If you have taken group fitness classes, like yoga or spin, and you are injury free and can easily hold your legs in a table top position, you can sign up for any of our group classes, including our Reformer classes.
If you have movement restrictions that require modifications or you are currently working with a physical therapist, then we suggest you work privately with a trainer in the beginning.
I am brand new to using the Reformer. Where should I start?
If you are nervous about starting in a group setting, we encourage you to start out with 3 private sessions first. This allows you time to learn at your own pace, ask questions, and work with an instructor, one on one, to sharpen your skills.
If you are comfortable learning in a quicker paced environment, you can start with classes called, Reformer: All Levels. Make sure you arrive to class at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to speak with your instructor and learn about your personal settings. Please do not arrive late for your first class.
I have worked on the Reformer before. Which class is for me?
When you are new to our studio, the Reformer:All Levels class is the place to start. Once you take that class style, you can speak with your instructor and they will help you set up your schedule after that. We recommend taking at least 10-20 classes at the “all levels” class style before signing up for Level 2 or Reformer Fitness.
What should I bring to class?
We provide mats and towels.
You will need to bring grip socks and water. We sell both of these items in our retail store in case you forget your items.
Some classes require sneakers. Read the class description when you sign up.
Do you offer FREE classes for new customers?
We do not.
We have 3 different introductory packages for you to choose from when you are a first time clients.
3 Studio Fitness Classes = $45 (This package does not include the Reformer classes)
3 Equipment Classes = $75
3 Private Sessions = $225 (These sessions can be scheduled via email)
