New To Pilates



Trying to figure out what class style is the best for you can be confusing when you are starting out. Here are 3 ways to pick the best class at our studio.

  1. If group fitness is totally new to you, start with a studio fitness class. This is the best way to get used to working out in a group setting.

  2. If you are interested in our equipment classes, we require you to be able to easily hold your legs in a table top position, and be injury free.

  3. If you have anything going on with your body that requires a lot of modifications or if you are currently in physical therapy, please start with our private sessions.
