Introducing Beginner Mat Fusion with Allison!
Beginner Mat Fusion is the perfect mix of classical matwork Pilates, yoga stretching and barre exercises. This class has a deep focus on core work and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles using the body’s own resistance. Not to mention improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.
Whether you are brand new to Pilates or a seasoned vet, you will be challenged in this class. Each exercise can be modified to increase or decrease difficulty to cater to all levels. A variety of props are also used to add variety and make the exercises more challenging.
No matter what level you are, you will leave feeling stronger and more aligned.
