Pilates mat classes are an excellent way to work on your fundamentals, build your strength and work that powerhouse! Pure Pilates mat uses your body weight to tone your muscles, therefore increasing your functional strength. As instructors we see a true benefit in mat style Pilates — which is why we offer so many classes throughout the week!
