Meet our subs! Although we’re still waiting on baby, Francesca is officially on maternity leave! But don’t worry, all of your favorite classes throughout the week are being covered! With some familiar, and some new, faces! One of the greatest things about working with a different trainer is seeing things through a new lens. You’ll hear different cueing that may make a difficult concept stick, you’ll learn new exercises and you’ll spice things up — which will also help to jumpstart your results! Over the summer please keep these things in mind when scheduling your classes! Switch up trainers, try new classes and be sure to take a class from all three of our studio subs! And if you can’t make it to class, please be sure to contact the studio directly if you need assistance in cancelling!
