Pilates+HIIT is our new studio beginning Wednesday, March 4th at 6pm with Amy! This class will mix your favorite Pilates mat exercises with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to help you reach your fitness or weight loss goals!
What is HIIT? It’s a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and lower intensity core or strengthening exercises. This pattern is repeated for our 55 minute class — you’ll be sweating in no time!!
Join us if you are at an intermediate level, do not have any active injuries and can easily transition from the mat to standing. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat for Pilates+HIIT!!
