Putting a fun, creative spin on the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, our Pilates mat classes use your body weight to strength and tone the body. Utilizing props such as the BOSU ball, triad ball, light hand weights, the fitness circle as well as many others keeps class interesting and ensures you’ll never take the same class twice!
SENIOR PILATES MAT
While our senior mat class aims to make our older clients feel more comfortable working out with people more their age, it’s not a “senior” class. The ladies and gentleman in this class work hard but modifications can be made for those who need them!
BARRE FUSION
What do you get when you mix a barre style, heart pounding workout with Pilates mat? Barre fusion! Using the dance principles of barre and mat style exercises barre fusion is a fun class for everyone!
CORE FUSION
One of the main focuses of Pilates is the core. This classes emphasis is just that. Designed to shrink your waistline, tone your tummy and strengthen the pelvic floor. Oh, and you don’t want to miss the coveted plank off!
CARIDOLATES
A fun system of exercise combining the health benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates. It’s a cardiovascular, fat-burning workout that focuses on alignment, posture, and balance. Rebound exercise strengthens your immune system, is 87% shock free, tones and supports the glandular system, increases lymphatic circulation, burns calories, increases balance, coordination, dexterity and endurance.
CARDIO REFORMER
Cardio Reformer is an interval class that combines the cardio trampoline (increasing heart rate and core strength) with arms, abs, extension, and rotation exercises. It combines the reformer exercises we all love with the added benefit of cardio training. The super sore abdominals are just a bonus!
PILATES POWER HOUR
If you love the intensity of cardio reformer you will LOVE Pilates power hour. This class keeps you jumping on the cardio trampoline for 50 minutes of heart pounding, sweating, shaking burning, action! The only time you’re not jumping is at the end — and of course for the hundred!
EQUIPMENT CLASSES
Work out with up to four people on the cadillac, reformer, stability chair, and/or ladder barrel. Each equipment class will offer something different using a wide variety of props and sequential movements.
TOTAL BODY PILATES
A circuit style classes using four stations (bosu, mat, TRX and rebounder). Each of these stations are designed to tone and strengthen the body while firing the heart rate to burn calories and make you sweat! Please note: tennis shoes are required for this class.
TRX
TRX training builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while burning calories, and strengthening your core. Whether you are a professional athlete or just want to get back into shape, the TRX will help you reach your fitness goals. Please note: tennis shoes are required for this class.

STRETCH CLASS SERIES
This class focuses on the deep stretching and recovery that everyone needs, but doesn’t take the time to do. Our stretch class is a six week series designed to improve your flexibility, reduce pain and improve your workout!
PILATES SCULPT
Pilates Sculpt is a modern twist to a classic Pilates Mat workout. This class will focus on a specific muscle group each week using various props. This class will develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles. This class is available for all fitness levels.
BEGINNER MAT-FUSION
Using the body’s own resistance, a series of exercises are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.
Whatever level of fitness, age or ability, Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility and posture while developing significant core strength.
Mat classes may incorporate small equipment such as bands, fitness circles, arc barrels, foam rollers, stability balls, etc. into the workout for variety, modification, or increased challenge.
